As a parent searching for a caregiver you must first sit down and contemplate the qualities you are looking for in a caregiver. Things to take into consideration are the number of years experience the caregiver has, educational background, marital status and age of the caregiver. Write down what skill sets, personality traits, and qualities you are looking for in a caregiver. Some parents would like our input on what caregiver would be a match for their family.
In order for us to help you narrow down the candidates to meet the needs of your family, first fill out the Employer Registration and fax, mail or email it to our office.
Some parents would like to review the candidates on their own, so we now offer a comprehensive searchable nanny database. Be advised, not all of our caregivers may be on our database. Contact us regarding the qualities of your "ideal caregiver", and we will assist you with your search. Should you like one-on-one assistance reviewing resumes, please contact our office, as we also provide in home consultations and one-on-one consultations in our office to assist you with your search.
Steps To Take:
- Review the profiles of the caregivers. Those candidates you are interested in talking to, click on the "add to our interview list" button. We will then schedule phone interviews for the candidates you wish to interview. Generally phone interviews (for overseas candidates) happen on a Saturday night between 8:30pm and 11:00pm. However we will notify you of the schedule prior to the interview day. For local caregivers we can arrange an in-person interview at the time and location of your convenience.

Our service assures you of the highest quality applicants for your family.
- We have designed this easy to follow website with a comprehensive searchable database, so that you are able to view applicants online, and submit your selection to us, so we can arrange for you to interview them. Once you have found the caregivers you are interested in interviewing we will schedule the interviews for you. It is important to notify our office immediately if you have chosen the caregiver you would like to hire, so we can put forth a job offer and secure the caregiver of your choice.
